Junior Program Registration for Adults and Players

If you attempt to login to register or access your account five times with incorrect information you will be automatically locked out. The system will automatically reset in 24 hours for you to login again. In the mean time please use the following link to access your login information and have it sent to your current email address. Registration with USAV is mandatory for all participants in SURVA Sanctioned events including tryouts. This applies to club directors, coaches, chaperones and players.

Adults who are associated with junior programs in any way are required to have a current background screening through USAV's approved screener, SSCI. If you have never been screened by SSCI or if your two year screening has expired, the registration system will automatically lead you to the background screening infomation submission page to update or submit a new screening application. Fees for screening will be added to the registration fee and paid for at the time of application.

Adult members who have a current Background Screening with an expiration date of 10/31/2012 must submit a new Background Screening application. This might be confusing if your screening is current because the registration web site will ask for a new screening. It is absolutely imperative that new screenings be completed for all that have already expired as well as those expiring October 31, 2012 so there will not be a roster assignment problem later.

Please read all registration information before beginning your registration. Payment for registration with USAV is to be made by credit card only, at the time of application. This will allow immediate membership processing and eligibility to be added to team rosters with the exception of those who must clear background screening.

Online application and execution of the waiver and release of liability for any participant must be submitted by the individual applicant. Third party applications are illegal for any applicant, junior or adult.

Please do not request login information for anyone other than yourself. It is expressly forbidden by USAV and SURVA to provide this information to anyone other than the individual to which the information pertains.

Step 1. Applying for new membership or renewing membership with USA Volleyball. You will fall into one of two categories as you begin your registration for this season.

If you are a parent or guardian registering a junior player, please make sure you use the player's information in all required fields which pertain to the player, not yours.

For the benefit of our members, a PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS should be used in the online record. Many company email servers and most educational organization and government email servers send emails from USA Volleyball and Webpoint, our registration website, to a junk mail or SPAM folder and they never reach the person who needs the information. Please update your email address during the registration process.

Returning applicants who are new to Sun Country but were previously registered in another region PLEASE DO NOT begin online registation until your assigned region has been changed to Sun Country by contacting the registrar@suncountryvb.org.

If you were previously a member of USAV in another USA Volleyball Region, you must contact the registrar@suncountryvb.org and request that your assigned region be changed to Sun Country. Please include your full legal name and date of birth. The assigned region will be updated online by the registrar and you will receive a reply to your email that the change has been made. If you require login information, this can be given you in the same email reply. In rare cases, a temporary login and password must be requested from USAV by the registrar and the information will be sent directly to you.

Returning applicants who have difficulty remembering your login information or have other problems with changed emails, etc.

If you are still unable to get your information, it may be necessary to request assistance from USAV. To do this contact the registrar@suncountryvb.org who will assist you.

If you are unsuccessful in retrieving your login information through this link you may email the registrar@suncountryvb.org for a manual lookup. Your email should contain your legal name, DOB and email where you wish the information sent. Please use a personal email address rather than a school, company or government email address as many of those email servers send the correspondence to SPAM or junk mail where it is impossible for it to reach the individual requesting it.

Step 2. Submitting payment for membership application is now to be made individually by the applicant.

Payment for membership as well as payment for any necessary background screening can only be made by credit card through the online registration system. Sun Country no longer handles any payments for membership or background screening. Once a valid credit card payment is made, you will receive an email confirming your membership for the coming season. At this point you are encouraged to immediately print your membership card. Your membership will be effective immediately and participation in USAV sanctioned activities is permitted, except in those cases where a background screening is required. Participation will then be dependent upon the screening company’s completion of your screening.

Step 3. Receiving confirmation of membership and printing membership card.

You will receive a confirmation of membership email which will have a link where you can print your membership card. Adult player registration is now complete. Adult players who participate in any way with juniors are required to complete a background screening.
